Download the Alpha Cash app or visit an Alpha Cash kiosk. Follow the on-screen steps to create your account and get a card.
• To get a reloadable card, SSN or ITIN is required for identity verification.
• To get a non-reloadable card, SSN or ITIN is not required.
You can have up to 3 active prepaid debit cards under your Alpha Cash account. Only 1 card can be physical; the remaining cards are virtual cards.
If you provide an SSN or ITIN, your first card will be issued as a reloadable card by default, and you may add additional reloadable or non-reloadable virtual cards.
If you do not provide an SSN or ITIN, your first card will be issued as a non-reloadable card, and any additional cards must also be non-reloadable.
Your Wallet includes all cards under your account, and your Wallet Balance is the combined balance of all active cards.
Log into the app or use a kiosk, go to Wallet, select the physical card to activate. Tap on “Activate Now,” and follow the instructions.
Yes. All Alpha Cash cards can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for contactless payments.
Open the app or use a kiosk to view your Wallet balance instantly under “Total Wallet Balance”. To look for balance under a particular card, select card under My Wallet, tap on “View All Cards”, look under Card Balance.
Immediately use option to Report Lost/Stolen card in the app by or contact customer support. A replacement card can be issued.
Yes. You can temporarily Freeze Card and then Unfreeze Card anytime in the app.

To cancel your prepaid card or permanently close your Alpha Cash account, you must contact Alpha Cash Customer Support.
